Helping artists and managers make mindful & practical decisions in the music industry.
Whatever you're building, we're here to help you take the first step with confidence.
By combining artist management practices, project management, and an advocacy of emotional intelligence to support our mental health, we’ve developed our four pillars of success:
Resilience, Relationships, Strategy, and Community.
-
Developing and sustaining resilience is key to pushing through difficult times and hardships, and, more often than not, that requires looking within ourselves to make these changes. By using emotional intelligence, we’ll be able to more easily build resilience to sustain ourselves in our music careers.
-
In the music industry, opportunities move within the people we meet & the chances we take. It’s often too easy to overlook that each person we meet is just a regular human being with emotions and a rich life of passions & interests like ours. By using emotional intelligence, we’ll better prepare to forge genuine relationships and interactions so that we can keep our opportunities for success within our circles.
-
With our own obstacles or the challenges of working with people aside, the weight of your success depends heavily on how well you prepare & execute your career plans. By using artist management practices, we’ll better understand the whys and hows of the business side of the industry and stay focused on being intentional with our goals.
-
No one person can find success alone in the music industry, no matter how ‘independent’ we are. We strive to put everyone we work with into collaborative environments so that we can continue to push ourselves & each other to keep the community full of music and passionate, active professionals.

Hey there, fellow manager! This community was created to help active & aspiring artist managers connect, learn from one another, and build sustainable careers alongside the artists they support.
You can be working in artist management, or you can be a self-managed artist. Both of these positions wear the manager's hat to a certain degree. This community & its resources are meant to support those of us who are called to don the hat.
If you're a music professional & neither an artist manager nor a self-managed artist, you're still invited to check out our resources! Working in the creative industry is a challenge for all of us, but it's a thrilling experience we can share as a community.
We believe success in music careers matters, but more importantly, the well-being of those behind the success. Get to know one another, check out our content & resources, and don't be shy to ask for help.
